More Sofitel than Novotel

I’d certainly stay here again.
More Sofitel than Novotel.
I had a suite, 1451 city view for 6 nights for new year.
The rooms are lovely and the linen is great quality as are all the amenities and the mini bar reasonably priced.
All staff encountered were helpful and friendly.
Certainly a great spot for new year as is Florianópolis.
The breakfast is good, but the restaurant is not great at night time but plenty of other options nearby.
Only a couple of minor room for improvements, a new weight bench for the gym and the pool infinity edge needs fixing but otherwise an amazing stay.

Sensational, from breakfast to location.

Excellent accommodation at Novotel Florianópolis. I stayed in room 1160, facing the sea, and the view simply transforms the experience of the stay. Very comfortable room, modern, quiet and extremely well cared for.
The breakfast was one of the highlights: extremely fresh fruits, healthy options, tapioca and omelet prepared on time, all very tasty and with great presentation. The service also deserves special recognition, especially from the gentleman who served us for breakfast — I believe the name is Benedito — always very friendly, attentive and helpful.
Daniel of the reception very kind in providing the courtesy of the late check-out according to the availability he had.
Another fantastic point is the location. The hotel is close to excellent restaurants and cafes, allowing you to do a lot on foot and enjoy Florianópolis even more. A complete experience with comfort, amazing views and high-quality service.
