Greeted with a smile at reception the formalities were quickly completed. We were provided with a city map and shown places of interest.Our room was delightful with tea and coffee provided. Breakfast was splendid with a comprehensive buffet and in addition a chef was on duty cooking eggs etc to order. All front of house staff and waiting staff we met were fluent in English and very friendly. A good experience all round.

Fantastic dining and friendly staff
Friendly staff and perfectly situated hotel to visit Ypres and the surrounding areas. Our room was comfortable, spacious and well equipped. Dinner was exceptional and the breakfast buffet selection was fantastic. Lovely display of military memorabilia in reception. Would highly recommend a stay here. Wish we had been able to stay longer.

A relaxing and most comfortable hotel for holidays.
If you want to relax in a very friendly hotel look no further!
Most comfortable rooms, good service. Excellent food from set menus, snacks and finger food .
Great outdoor terrace by a large fish pond and superb massive sun umbrellas what more can you ask for? The staff so helpful.
It is like coming home to a warm welcome and service.

Wonderful location, comfortable room and friendly and efficient staff.
We had some misadventures on our transit from Amiens to Ieper. The staff were most accommodating and helpful.
Upon our arrival, the worries of the day evaporated. Again, the staff were friendly and efficient and our room was great - large, well-appointed and stylish, with a clean and efficient bathroom, and a very comfortable king-sized bed. We loved the WW1 display in the foyer and appreciated the information and vouchers we were issued with.
We will be back if ever we visit Ieper, and we will be singing your praises to anybody else visiting your beautiful town.

A great stay - recommended!
We would certainly go again to the hotel which was ideally situated for Ypres and surrounding area, spotlessly clean and staffed by exceptionally helpful people. Overall it was very comfortable and nothing was too much trouble.
