Great location next to everything you would want to visit. spacious rooms and staff is very et friendly.
Pool, garage & breakfast buffet, crib were convenient!
Recommend for an awesome stay in Ghent!

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The room was spacious. The view from our sit out balcony was exceptional. We enjoyed coffee out there every morning. The hotel is right on the canal and in the middle of 2 main bridges. The location is perfect. The on-site outdoor pool was a great way to cool down after strolling beautiful Gent. Without hesitation I would this hotel.

Our stay at Hotel Harmony was lovely. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They addressed all our needs. The room was immaculate with a fantastic view of the canal. The shower was fantastic and the room also had a huge bathtub for 2.
My only suggestion would be to broaden the food menu in the bar. We would have like to have the option to “eat in”. Though the available food options were delicious they were a bit limited.
Overall our stay was fabulous and we hope to return again

For a great location, this was a very disappointing stay. We originally reserved for 3 days a non-refundable room and included parking which was represented as 24/7 access. The hotel writes us 5 days before check-in that because of the Gent Festival, we can't use the parking 24/7. We must park outside the city and spend 45 minutes on a train and walking to get to hotel. We request to cancel the reservations because that's not what we paid for. Answer: No. They would only refund the parking reservation fee. We cancel the parking reservation and keep the room reservation. While driving to the hotel in the morning to drop our bags, told that we cannot get to hotel without parking reservation. We finally arrive at 2pm for a 3pm check-in. Told room is ready but 25 Euros to check-in an hour early. Room is mediocre: water faucet doesn't work properly; toilet smells; only a curtain in front of bathroom. Very cheap renovations! Only saving grace was the breakfast, which was good, and the staff, who were polite and helpful. There must be many other better options in Gent. Try them - not the Harmony Hotel.

Such a wonderful experience! We only stayed one night but it was such a great central location, we felt like we had the best possible hotel in the city!
