lovely staff fantastic room!!

i booked a room at Lumina Suites last minute for my friends and i, and they welcomed us with open arms! there was 4 of us and we booked lovely 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. it was a 10 minute walk from southern cross station, very convenient location!! we would definitely be back here for another weekend stay! thankyou

OK but not excellent

Unfortunately, the beds were uncomfortable ie too hard and the rooms were a bit small. One of the showers was very noisy as well. Other one was excellent. Staff were really nice and accomadating. Lounge room wasnt all that big but was OK.

I am sorry, however, that the bed comfort and apartment size did not meet expectations. For guests who prefer a softer mattress, our reception team can often provide a mattress topper upon request. Apartment layouts can also vary within the same category, and we appreciate your comments regarding the overall sense of space.

Good

Great location and very clean staff was very helpful and polite and the secure car park was excellent walking distance to the city and trams was a big plus very quiet and the view from our balcony was great day and night

Great, would come again

Perfect for mum and x2 teens with bedrooms downstairs from kitchen and living area and little balcony with cityscape views
Clean and well equipped including washing machine and dryer
Great (warmish) pool
Staff all helpful
Easy walk to trams

Overall was a good stay. Good location, able to leave bags, quiet room. However room cold as the heating vent faces the window and there is no heating in the bedroom. Apartment not cleaned properly with rubbish left in the kitchen. Very hard bed, not just firm, hard. On balance there are better places to stay.
