I marked this as excellent rather than good as I was impressed with how Adele apartments promptly managed to fix some of the things that might have meant I have it a lower score.
For instance, the pre-checkin link looked like a scam (and asks for passport and credit card details)! but they resolved this through working with Expedia to give us confidence that it was legitimate. Secondly, when asked about my checkin experience, I mentioned the bedrooms was hot a the pull out bed had a thin mattress. We came back to some fans in each room and a new sturdy bed and mattress in replace of the pull out. Super quick and thoughtful service!
The apartment is a great location and well equipped tor our family long weekend.

Perfect location and bed was comfortable. Living room set up cozy.
I think the room was clean overall but due to the tired state of areas it was difficult to be sure. Many things would be minor maintenance fixes, like a coat of paint over scarred doors etc.
As for service...there is no reception and no staff. You have to "pre check-in " online which initially didn’t even work and involved phone calls.
I only got out of the carpark because someone else arrived as my fob seemed to stop working.
If I stayed again it would be purely based on location.
