Travelling from one island to another, it is best to go via ‘Island Hopper’ operated by United Airlines. This air service takes its travellers to and from Guam, Chuuk, Pohnpei, and Kosrae. The only bus service available is bus for hire or charter, although when within Yap, there is a school bus service that operates two times a day, going from Colonia to the villages.
