How to get around within Belo Horizonte

Red buses for example travel from one region of the city to downtown and then go back to the same region. You can also hop on a train which can take you from Eldorado northeast to Vilarinho, tangential to the north side of downtown. Belo Horizonte is served by two airports namely Confins International Airport and Pampulha – Carlos Drummond de Andrade Airport. Confins International Airport offers direct flights to and from the USA, the Caribbean, and Europe and to most major cities in Brazil. From the airports, tourists can take taxis or buses going to Belo Horizonte city centre.
