Lopez Island Airport is a public airport serving Lopez Island in San Juan County, Washington, United States. The airport, owned by the Port of Lopez, is located 6km south of the central business district of Lopez. The entire facility covers an area of 50 acres and resides at an elevation of 209 ft (64 m) above mean sea level. It has a runway with an asphalt surface designated 16/34 and measuring 2,904 by 60 ft (885 x 18 m).

Lopez Island is part of the San Juan Islands, the third largest of the many islands (only four of which are accessible by passenger ferry operated by the Washington State Ferries system) that make up the archipelago. It takes up a land area of 77.2 km2.

Lopez Island Historical Society & Museum - Learn more about the island and its history at the Lopez Island Historical Society & Museum, situated in the heart of Lopez Village. The museum has permanent exhibits on the Natural History of Lopez Island, the First Islanders, exhibits on farming, fishing, place name origins, and island communities. The museum also features a children's corner and a huge photo and document archive; useful for searching for long-lost relatives. In addition, the museum regularly hosts various interesting events. Examples are the events Signature Quilts as Carriers of Community & Women's History, You Are Making History/ Pioneer Picnic, and Lopez History Afloat.

Lopez Village Park - The Lopez Village Park is a nice place to go for a stroll or go on a picnic. The amenities there are minimal but important, particularly the picnic tables, public restrooms, and even showers. Since Lopez Village is quite compact, its easy to stroll along shops, galleries, coffee shops, restaurants, and a bakery from the park.

Tour De Lopez - Tour De Lopez is an annual bike event held during April. It is popular as a non-competitive bicycle tour of Lopez Island, sponsored by the Lopez Island Chamber of Commerce.
