Excellent

Customer care is excellent, as is the food and cleanliness. Your staff has great teamwork. I can just say, keep up the standard. You guys you are the best of the best.

Good

Overall, the hotel is good particularly car park is safe. The bar could be improved, made more friendly with variety of drinks allowing guest not having to search for other social place if not needed to. Staff could look more presentable with formal uniforms and rather not wearing football shirts. Some can be offensive to guests.

A stay at Monomutapa hotel

The services were good. The staff is very friendly and hardworking. On improvement, there is only need for attention on welfare in the rooms where you may need to contemplate on availing pain killers in each room, and ensuring sugar is adequate for tea in winter.
