Nice place

This hostel is a little more expensive than others, but in a quieter tucked away location which was a nice change. It's on the outskirts if the city but that worked out well for us since we were on motorbikes. The rooms are spacious but there seemed to be a termite problem in the bathroom. It didn't bother us but just a note. The hostess was very friendly and welcoming and was very good about contacting us and making sure everything was squared away. Overall, a positive experience.

Damp room, damp bed..

You get what you pay for but this place was pretty poor...it is located a distance from the town requiring a taxi ride in from the bus station...the rooms were damp with mould growing on the walls...even the furniture was damp including the bed and seats...
The staff were as helpful as they can be..but this did not make up for the standard of this hostel...you would do better to stay closer to town and save your taxi fare...
We were the only people there apart from the occasional couple who stayed an hour or so....
Not recommended....

Excellent service, great host, lovely room

This was a lovely hostel just outside the madness of Hue in a lovely location. Its easy to access by scooter, around 5 dollars for a day. If you are looking for a beautiful air conditioned room, spacious and quiet, then this is for you.
1. Excellent host- I was unwell and she checked on me, went to the pharmacy for me, fed me for free.
2. Lovely spacious room with air con and queen sized bed.
3. Friendly staff
4. Would be good if the staff would speak a little more english
5. Manager was superb!
This is worth the visit.
You get a fab room for the cost of 7 dollars each a night for air con and 4 dollars a night for a fan room.
