Perfect location

The location is excellent, one block from Playa Brava and close to the Port that concentrates restaurants and pubs. Breakfast is great and has a very relaxing enclosed hot water pool.

Hotel facing the beach and very close to everything in Punta del Este.

My stay at the Bravo Hotel in Punta del Este was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is completely renovated, with a modern, elegant, and very comfortable style, very close to the beach. It adds the incorporation of technology and details with very good taste designed to make the experience truly comfortable.
The room was very nice, spotless, and very cozy. I especially highlight the quality of the mattress, all the bedding, and the towels, truly first-rate, something that makes a big difference in rest.
The breakfast is spectacular, very complete, varied, and with products of excellent quality. Everything was fresh, delicious, and presented with very good taste. In addition, the hotel's gastronomic proposal is truly remarkable: gourmet food, tasty and carefully prepared. You can tell the dedication in every dish and the quality of the ingredients. Everything we tried was delicious!
The customer service is excellent, always attentive, friendly, and resolving any inquiries quickly and with a good attitude.
The heated outdoor pool is spectacular, and the beach service adds a lot to enjoy Punta del Este with total comfort.
I definitely recommend it and I will certainly return. A five-star experience!

WE'LL BE RIPPED OFF!

We were charged 400usd a night, when other people were charged usd 205 or usd 250. they had neither blankets nor padding, the small room and bathroom too. Very bad breakfast only coffee with cold milk, and slices of bread with butter and sweet. NOT RECOMMENDED!

A REAL DISASTER

This is not a hotel, it is an insult to all the hotels in the world.!!
Towels with a musty smell, as if someone had used them without having washed them, stained sheets, the sliding window did not close, the curtains came off.
It does not have a bidet, it has a hygienic shower with a lack of water pressure.
As for breakfast...what to say? 2 slices of ham, 2 slices of cheese, bread, 1 jam, butter with flies, there are no sweeteners, the tea is given to you what they have and the service is downright awful where the apathy towards the guest is characterized.
Obviously I don't recommend it at all.

Terrible

Bad experience, the staff were not friendly, it felt like they were doing us a favor. The room was very small, it was difficult to open the suitcase, the bed with an old mattress was bad, the bed linen was so-so. The bathroom, without comment, besides being small, I felt like I was taking a bath through a pipe, because only water came out in the middle, the shower was too small. The sheets were horrible, I've never dried myself on such bad towels in my life, besides being bad, they were also too old. They did not provide a mat for the bathroom, even after requesting it, poor quality toilet paper. Breakfast is not included in the rate. The only good thing about the hotel is the location
