Overall, the room was clean except the phone was really dusty and there were some crumbs under the bed. The front desk person seemed like he was trying his best however he was hard to understand at times because of his accent. Again, he was trying his best.

We will never stay here again.

When we arrived on Friday, we had to call for someone to come and help us get checked in. One of the owners asked what we needed before she came down the stairs. My husband used hotel.com and was charged in October 2025 for the room. The owner argued that we still need to pay for the room. The owner finally said she would call Hotel.com for clarification.
The pool was closed, the bed was very stiff and uncomfortable, there was rust in the tub, the towel holder and the ceiling. There were holes in the back of the bathroom door.
The breakfast consisted of bagels and cereal. The coffee was empty and the juice was out of order.
We went to the lobby to bring the cart back and the other owner was sleeping behind the desk.

Stayed there before, won't again

We have stayed here several times over the years; however, it has gone downhill quite a bit. We were overcharged immediately upon checking in - when I brought it to her attention, she clicked a couple of computer keys and said some fees had been removed. We did get the appropriate credit, but only because we noticed and asked. The room smelled musty and the towels were like sandpaper. Also, the side door on the first floor was consistently propped open by the hotel staff, which in my opinion is a safety issue for the guests. Despite its convenient location, we will be staying elsewhere in the future.

This property is in desperate need of updating. Carpet not vacuumed. Stains on spread. Sink ran extremely slow. Breakfast bare minimum. Door would not close properly without pulling hard. Fixtures very old. Outside door blocked open.Very overpriced. Best part was the sheets seemed clean. Staff underwhelming.

Mostly clean, problems with maintenance of bldg present, working on the problems, hot tub out of order, room smelled musty. Overall rating 3.5. close location to town. Good door and fun shopping near y.
