The place is not much to look at and the clientele is ummmm very diverse, the room itself was not bad. Roomy, comfortable bed and pretty clean. I would say a good value for the price.

Room had been remodeled and rented out for $192 with no place to hang clothes except 2 chairs. No place to hang towels. Bar of hand soap to fit a 2 year old hand. No coffee in room just at front desk.
When questioned front dest they rented out room unfinished because of demand on weekend. No offer of discount or advance warning. Value of room was $100 at best.
It seems hotels now want to charge for parking and/or rent out a room with very minimal amenities

Stayed here for a week, Staff was helpful and pleasant.
Small residential town just outside of the busy city area.

Best place in Sumner

Ive had a special attachment to this wonderful lil place. I had my family visits here for years. It provides an area for kids that is safe, and plenty of ample parking. Has a Mexican restaurant with in walking distance, there are shopping and banking amenities within in walking distance. The employees go out of their way to serve you. They have a dog park and accept animals. It very affordable for those who need it to be.

Parking was good. They have updated the rooms since our last stay
The gap under the door did make it a bit drafty.
