From start to finish my stay was great. Stayed over a week on business/leisure and loved everything about it, the grounds and golf course were beautiful the pools were clean and water was perfect! The cafe and restaurant were good and staff at both places were beyond nice. I spent the first couple days on the 1st floor and eventually moved to the 3rd floor which was a huge upgrade, rooms were so huge and clean, my patio had a great view of the golf course! I will stay here again and again.

Very Thoughtful

This resort appears to be well thought out. A very expansive resort with different areas of condos, homes, golf courses, swimming pools, activity centers, walking and biking trails and the like. There are some shops on property including a grocery store, a bar and so forth.

We recently stayed at WorldMark Eagle Crest, and I want to specifically recognize Kyle at the front desk.
Kyle did a fantastic job checking us in. He was friendly, helpful, efficient, and made the whole process incredibly easy. He got us checked in and into our rooms quickly, and after a long trip, it was so nice and refreshing to arrive somewhere and have everything go exactly right.
A great check-in sets the tone for the entire stay, and Kyle absolutely did that for us. He made us feel welcomed and taken care of right from the beginning.
WorldMark is fortunate to have someone like Kyle representing the resort. Please pass along our thanks and recognition to him. He did a fantastic job!

Do not recommend

There was no housekeeping for the five nights we stayed there. The bedroom shade was only light filtering. The light from the street lamps and the sun was so bright we couldn’t sleep.

Broken Elevator-3rd Floor Cramped Lobby-Lost Booking Payment- Large $250 Upfront Security Deposit-No Room Available Until Almost 2HRS AFTER check-in.-House keeping was short staffed, but the lobby was over crowded with workers and call center like office tables.
Room was large, clean, well kept, and the bed was comfy. Check out was easy.
