the wi-fi worked well, our room was clean and air worked. It's a great location if you're visiting Boyertown, Bally or Barto.

This is a budget option and it serves its function. The place isn't super clean and the rooms are non-smoking but all smell of cigarettes. I have stayed here multiple times but the stay is about location and cost.
The air conditioning worked but was kicking on and off all night which isn't the ideal noise wise.
The shower had a hole in the wall but functioned and had good pressure and temperature.
Wifi wasn't available in the room. I had to use a mobile hotspot.

If you need to be in the Boyertown, Bally area the location is very convenient. It's an older motel, the rooms are very small, especially the bathrooms. We were in the area for a funeral and trying to get dressed and hair done in the small space was a challenge.
The staff was helpful. The air conditioner is mounted up high on the wall and I could not reach it without climbing on a chair so I called for help. They came right down and turned it on for me. However, I could make no temperature changes or turn off because of how high it was. Not the best situation.

Staff was fine. Wi-Fi did not work for me. Air conditioning unit did not get cold, which kinda sucked because it was a hot weekend. Went to take a shower and opened up my towel and it had makeup on it and a clump of hair. You get what you pay for.

That bathroom was nasty yellow smoke stains all over the walls. Bugs in the light. The beds had burn holes in the covers
