We have stayed many times at this hotel and we love the staff and the views! We miss the bar downstairs and some of the rooms could use some updates but the service outweighs any cons.

Even though it was very busy from check ins, the staff was very nice. Room and property was clean and well kept.

We used the coffee maker in the room. When we used creamer, it was curdled.
We were gone from 8-4:30 and our room wasn’t cleaned, nor did we receive fresh towels. The mattresses were very firm.
The front desk staff person was pleasant.

room was very nice, clean and neat, no musty or rank smells. the Fausset dripped hot water all night, but everything else was great, We will come back agian. room 307

Wildfire evacuees with a dog. We treated extremely well and the hotel was very accommodating to our dog. Clean rooms and very nice views and location. Will definitely stay again.
