The room was very neat and clean, very spacious and comfortable. It has extra space for your luggage like a walk in closet which was great.

Convenient location for ASU Downtown Campus

We stayed while in town to move our daughter into ASU and had a great experience. Sentral Sol Modern has a great location in downtown Phoenix, steps away from the ASU Downtown campus so very convenient. We had a two bedroom apartment that had everything we needed, but what was most special about the building were the public areas. There is a really good, exceptionally equipped gym with yoga studio, outdoor gym equipment and peloton bikes, nice outdoor pool and common areas to socialize, grill, relax and work. The decor of the public spaces is nicer than the apartments themselves (at least the one we stayed in) but it was convenient. We had a small issue with the cleaning of one of the room on the day we checked in but that was promptly resolved by the team. There is no restaurant onsite as it is a residential building but there is a very small convenience shop on the ground level with a few snacks.

This is my second stay here and definitely not my last! I love the convenience of the location and proximity to the light rail - the amount of
Line scooters around to grab and scoot around a short distance to some amazing breweries bars and restaurants. Getting to here off the light rail was a breeze and a very short walk (even in 111 degrees) it wasn’t terrible. Once I got to check in I was at the kiosks and staff checked on me. The rooftop pool is AMAZING - I did not try the golf simulator but sounds fun. And next time I plan to buy steaks and use the grills!! Thank you all so much for a wonderful stay. I will be back

There was some kind of maintenance issue that caused check-in to be delayed for an hour or more for several parties, including me. No specifics were given nor was any approximate time for when our rooms would be ready. The front desk clerk did her best to compensate for the delay by giving parties free parking. I did not drive, so the best she could do was to offer a discount on a future stay.

Location was great, clean and very roomy.
Unfortunately, amenities like pool table area on Friday and Saturday nites was closed at 10pm, way too early for the week end ..my son and I were visiting for the dodgers series and would of like to play pool later into the nite, however we’re notified by staff that pool area closed at 10 pm …
