Please inform The Landmark Inn of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A deposit equal to the first night of stay is required at the time of booking. This amount is refundable with 48 hours cancelation notice. Only 2 people of any age are allowed in a room with just one bed. No more than 4 people of any age are allowed in a room with 2 beds. Babies of any age count as a person. We do not have any rooms for 5 or more guests. Children are not allowed in spa rooms. Cribs, roll-away beds, or sofa beds are NOT available. Early check-in is not available. The lobby closes at 21:00. If you are arriving after 21:00, contact the property for special instructions. There are stairs only; no elevator is available.
