Stayed for one night for an anniversary trip. The hotel was great. Staff was ask friendly, room very clean and breakfast was great.

Overpriced for the quality and location

$154 a night as a Hilton honors member in a small town is asking pretty high considering there’s Home2Suites in Dallas and Little Rock “actual big cities” charging less at a branch of Hilton that is higher end. Not to mention my rooms doors had wood rot and the interior is nothing special.

Check in was great. The staff were attentive and since I was a Hilton Honors member, I was able to get free snacks from the front desk. Upon arriving in the room, it smelled like a wet dog. Clearly, someone with a pet stayed in there. There needs to be specific room designated for those who travel with pets. The carpet needed to be shampooed. This was my only complaint about my stay.

Hot tub no longer there despite what hotels. Com says. And then they only offered a $25 credit. I literally booked here for the hot tub.

A decent Hampton Inn in central Tennessee. This is the part of the country where it's hard to find roadside hotels with high ratings. This one was clean, had professional staff and everything worked as it should. No problems with bugs, and the electronic check-in process worked as it was supposed to. Breakfast was pretty standard with a few hot items, waffles and other standard fare. Only two complaints. First, we were in room 124, and there was some sort of noise, maybe a central sewer line, or some other water sort of noise, which was constant the entire time we were there. It wasn't all that loud, and it didn't really bother me, but if you're sensitive to noise when sleeping, it could be a problem. Second is the continuing "just pay $5 for premium internet" which still suffuses the Hampton Inn chain. All of the other brands have moved on from this sort of nickle and diming.
