The place was great but The beds were just a bit hard. Otherwise, yummy breakfast with gluten free options and really kind staff.

Clean room and very friendly staff. Traveled with kids and they were disappointed in how small the pool was, and there was not a hot tub as advertised.

Sunday that had min. Items, staff said they ran out of a lot of product due to being busy Breakfast was not a strength of this location vs other hotels we have stayed at in this area. No towels one night at the pool, went up front and the staff said they were all dirty but did go back to get me some towels to get by, next night they had towels at the pool. Staff was friendly for the most part, we stayed 3 nights.

Staff is amazing

There were a lot of pluses here but first and foremost is the extraordinary, super accommodating staff. They unfailingly bent over backwards to help us, to please us. I caught the name of the gal the checked me in- Lindsey. Wow, what a powerhouse in customer service! You can tell she enjoys working with people - just fantastic. Couple that with the comfy rooms and I wholeheartedly recommend this property.
The decor is a little tired but nothing serious. I can easily live with that to have a fantastic staff.

We had a wonderful stay! In addition to the comfortable bed and peaceful room, it was so neat to have a little reading light installed on the headboard! Overall, it was perfect for our family!
