Good value for money for London!

We spent 3 nights at the Gresham Hotel and, overall, we are satisfied with our stay. The hotel is very well located, a few minutes from Paddington, which is really convenient for visiting London.
The rooms are small, but that is quite standard in London. They are clean, decent, and sufficient for a city trip. The bed was a bit soft for our taste, but we still slept well.
The staff is really very welcoming and helpful, always with a smile.
The breakfast is simple but gets the job done: English breakfast every morning, some pastries (pre-packaged), cereals, hot drinks… The selection is not huge, but it is decent. The breakfast room is in the basement and can be a bit noisy. The hotel's soundproofing could also be improved.
In summary, a simple hotel, well located and with very good value for money to discover London. We would return there without a problem.

My BDay Vacation in London

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was convenient near in subway and bus lines. it was an excellent experience, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

The room was clean, had a fan and a window that opened to cool the room at night. The bathroom was a good size, clean and with good shower water pressure. Very helpful staff always available at reception. One minor thing was the very loud creaking floor boards outside the room which woke me up early and lost them one star. This can easily be fixed by them.

The room was too small with no table. The wardrobe was half-closed with a table blocking. There was no space to keep the Kettle and hence it was kept at the top of the wardrobe. Ventilation was bad. The showergel sachet was terrible to open, which required a scissor to open that. The people in dinner room was helpful.

Great location. Small room but perfectly adequate. Helpful staff, clean rooms and a very handy luggage store facility.
