Large comfortable room

Managed to check in earlier than 4pm which was great as we were extremely tired
Receptionist was so welcoming and helpful and went out of her way to make sure we were able to get into Belfast for an evening concert by providing taxi contacts
Our room was immaculate, a very generous size, such a comfortable bed
We had a very good pint of Guinness in the bar and our breakfasts were very generous delicious and well presented
I did not see any evidence of the things described in the negative reviews which has made me go out of my way to provide positive feedback

Terrible

Do not come here, food is terrible I have tried to order something different each time to give it a chance but i always leave disgusted. The staff are extremely slow and lazy you’d think it was their first day on earth

Bit of a delay in checking in, as it was late and the hotel guy couldn't log I (took for ages) but room was spot on, bed comfortable. Good location, will definitely stay stay again!
