Derry Delight

This is a beautiful Boutique hotel tastefully decorated with character & ambience. The food is excellent they have managed to get this bang on the mark with a true culinary experience to rival any Stand alone Restaurant
The rooms are compact & cosy however the one critique I have is that their is no air conditioning and the room was exceptionally warm which was quite uncomfortable however we did have an electric fan which was a great help. The staff are wonderful so warm & welcoming , a special thanks to Gary in Concierge so so helpful and nothing a problem.

Exceptional service

Three family members stayed in one of the luxurious well-appointed apartments whilst my elderly father stayed in an accessible room in the hotel. Excellent accommodation in both cases. But what sets this hotel apart is the professionalism of the entire staff; nothing was too much trouble and every member of the team went out of their way to put my recently bereaved father at ease. Can’t wait to return!

A lovely Christmas gift

Bed was so comfortable - and our room was superb - we were upgraded to a beautiful penthouse - it was a lovely Christmas gift from our daughter & son in law..all the staff were very friendly - our evening meal was delicious - breakfast was just the best we've ever had in any hotel, nothing was a bother to all the staff..we would absolutely recommend this hotel, first-class..

Weekend away

Another fantastic weekend break at Bishops Gate, staying in one of their self catering apartments whilst visiting family. Beautifully decorated hotel in the heart of the city. Walking distance to some great pubs & restaurants. Huge thanks to JP , Kaysi and Donna on their attentive and friendly service during our stay. We will definitely be back!

Special mention to Kaysie & Laura and all the staff for their welcome, service and attention
Our evening meals were delicious as were our breakfasts and good to see the restaurant so busy, which is always a good sign.
