All I can say.is this is the best BB I've stopped at in the last few week brilliant night sleep spotless rooms everything you need and the breakfast is outstanding highly recommend this BB the hosts are 10 out 10 brilliant

Get what you pay for

Fabulous cooked breakfast, the best yet and hot. Brilliant location with access to some beautiful areas, walks and parks. The interior is in need of updating but thats not what let this B&B down. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. I left the bedside drawers open so when the beds are changed hopefully they would realise a good thorough clean was needed. The bathroom door and handle was thick with dirt and the pillows I had where covered in stains. I didn't take photos as I felt too embarrassed to do so.

Pleasant stay

Hosta where lovely. The hotel is situated near 3 lovely parks so easy walking over to enjoy the tranquility is also a central point to explore nearby rural villages. Bed was comfy pillows where comfy slept well. Lovely spacious en suite rooms. Breakfast good quality cooked well and hot didn't leave hungry 3 slices of bacon 2 sausages an egg beans tomato mushroom fried bread and toast whole in whole good value for money. Only issue is cleanliness wasn't the best in our rooms door handles could of been wiped down and lots of dirt in the drawer.

Excellence service and accommodation

We would stay again . Very welcoming when we arrived and the room was clean comfortable and a nice size. the breakfast was the best we have ever had at a B&B or a hotel.
