Needs cleaning and updating

The property needs cleaning throughout. Dirt and dust everyhere: skirting boards, windows sills, windows, doors, bathroom, carpet- filthy and disgusting. It is sad as I could tell that the property is not loved. It is treated as money making machine. Quick hoovering after one quests leave and let another in. We are not fussy quests but it is a disgrace when bedding is smelly and stinks of sweat from the previous guest. The duvet was not aired for a long time. It is kept in the cupboard but when we took it out and realised how stinky it is we decided not to use it. Luckily we had our own thick blanket and we slept all week under it. The pillows are old, flat and bumpy. Need replacing. I have mentioned to the owner that the bedding stinks but there was no reaction sadly :(. The sofa bed is extremelly uncomfortable, the mattress is saggy. All week sleep was a challenge. The shower is electric, that means you can not use it when you wish, you need to plan it and heat the water 30 min earlier. Discomfort if you would like a quick morning shower. And finally, even the toilet paper is not provided. Such a basic item!!! When mentioned to the owner I was informed to go to the shop and buy. Fair enough, no problem but I politely asked to take it off from the property’s description as it is misleading. Obviously- no toiletries but paper towel. !!! Only tiny, folded table available. Very poor wi-fi. Well equiped kitchen and quiet location was a bonus.
