Had the top floor room spacious for adult and young child with double and single bed. Only downfall was it’s the top floor 8 flights stairs so hard work getting up there. For the budget and location very descent.
Instructions for code access via digital box on white door down stairs is bit unclear, rang customer service they talked me through and how to get room key from box on door. Very helpful
Quiet room and felt like a mini apartment.
Could do with some coffee sachets? Only tea
All said was great for two night stay

Staff kept in contact well before the stay which was Very helpful. Room was perfect and equipped with everything needed. We will be returning in the future. Thankyou for a great stay!

I am extremely disappointed with this hotel
I booked a room for two nights at your hotel. After finishing work on the first evening, I arrived expecting a clean, comfortable room. Instead, I was greeted by a room that had an unpleasant smell. I decided to have a shower, hoping to relax after a long day, but what happened next was completely unacceptable.
As soon as I turned on the shower, black, foul-smelling sludge came up through the plughole, along with hair and other debris. The shower began to flood, and I initially cleaned away the first lot myself, hoping it was a one-off. However, when I turned the shower back on, even more black sludge and waste came through the drain, leaving approximately two inches of filthy water sitting in the shower tray.
How can you reasonably expect a paying guest to stand in contaminated water and use those facilities? The room was clearly not cleaned, inspected, or maintained properly before my arrival.
I immediately reported the issue on line that evening and sent both photos and videos showing exactly what had happened and the person that replied agreed that the condition of the room was unacceptable and told me that I would receive a full refund.
Given the state of the room, I had no choice but to leave and find alternative accommodation at my own expense. I was certainly not prepared to stay in a room with unhygienic bathroom. Now they won’t give me a full refund do not stay here

Low standard room. Lowest price we found, but to expansive release to the services.
Windows broken, cant be open. Lock of the bathroom broken too, almost stuck in.
Unconfortable old mattress springs.
Room cleaned well. Worn out stuff

The room was at the top and should have been made clear in advert that it was a hot box room on the top floor. There was no wifi. Fan didn't work. It stunk of cigarettes and the shower gad to pressure. Barely enough pressure to rinse off soap.
