Great location!

This hotel is in the perfect location for getting around Brighton with shops and the beach only a short walk away. The room was clean with a private shower room. There were two communal toilets with one with a shower on the top floor. The process of self-check in and checkout was straightforward. The double room (2A) on the top floor felt quite slopey, and the floor was not level, so it was a challenge to walk balanced in the room. Maybe they can look into levelling the floor so people don't topple over. Overall, it was a good stay.

Room was nice, sink, window, kettle and some supplements (tea, coffee etc). Was in room 6 which was a twin bed room, it was up five flights of stairs. Easy to get into and out. No noise complaints. Shared bathroom was very small, toilet with a mirror behind it, barely any room to stand with a small shower right in front of the toilet. Didn’t use the shower since only stayed one night, but it looked like there was stands of hair at the bottom.
It’s actually pretty decent for a quick stay with everything you need. There was a safe in the small closet, and no noise complaints from me. Cheap, decent and near the beach. 👍

Firstly the room didn’t have a toilet, which unfortunately I thought come with the room with bathroom but no. People sat on the stairs unable to get in to their property and no way to contact help. The electricity was cutting out all night; we were able to find the fuse box but unfortunately something was tripping it over and over again in the end we had to spend our night with no electricity or lights. Contacted the supposed “24 hour” reception but no response of course. We turned the fuse back on early morning after which we finally had a response saying it was fixed (no thanks to anyone but us flicking the switch back on). It’s a budget stay so you get what you pay for but definitely expected more.

Great location. However, there were no amenities, so it was a hostel, not a hotel. We were not advised that it was a 'digital' property (until we were on our way to Brighton) and that there was not a telephone number to ring if there was a problem. There was no information, leaflets or maps which you would expect to get. The room looked nothing like the pictures on your website, it was tired and dark and very hot. We were not aware that the shower and (very small) hand basin were in the bedroom and we had to share a toilet with all the other guests. Also, we were put on the third floor, with no lift, which is not ideal for a couple in their 70s/80s.
