Please inform The Highfield Hotel of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that guests must show a valid photo ID upon check-in. We offer a Light Breakfast ‘to-go’, consisting of porridge oats or breakfast bar, a pastry, fruit, yogurt and juice. This is available upon request and on £4 per person orders accepted till 9pm. We also offer a cooked breakfast on weekends (times and days of availability may vary) for an additional fee of only £7.00 per adult and £5.00 per child. If guests require an early or late check-in, before 14:00 or after 22:00, there is an additional charge of GBP 20. All guests must contact the hotel immediately and make any necessary requests, depending on availability. The last check-in is at 22:00. If a late check-in is required the guest must contact The Highfield in advance.
