Amazing experience

What an amazing little place to stay, very welcoming hosts and an amazing breakfast to go with it! Will definitely be returning. Located just far enough away from the centre, took around 10 minutes to walk in to all the attractions.

When we arrived this room wasn't available, so we had to look for another room but could only get 1 night and had to end our weekend and come home early

Great value

Dave and Claire were great hosts very friendly and helpful. Hotel was great value for money very clean and a fantastic breakfast. Very close to Blackpool North train station which is ideal for those travelling by train.

Brilliant hotel & hosts

On arrival we were met by Claire & Dave, a lovely couple who showed us to our rooms, very nice people, even got us a parking space outside the hotel.
The room was very clean and fresh, tea & coffee and water in a small fridge. The bed was well comfortable, nice clean bedding.
We slept amazing well, no noise, a good night sleep.
Breakfast was amazing , good size English breakfast, with coffee and juice. Again Dave and Claire were on hand for any questions.
We enjoyed chatting to them about the local area and very helpful.
Location is great with all local amenities near by, a nice quite street.
All in all a lovely stay in a great hotel with friendly hosts, you wont get much better for the price.
If we ever go back to Blackpool this is the place to stay. 10/10

A wonderfully warm welcome and relaxing stay. Who could ask for more?

My partner and I came to Blackpool for a weekend away. Our stay at the Ash Lea was wonderful and relaxing. The room was clean, well maintained, and had everything you needed. Tea was topped up on request! The TV had a DVD player which was perfect for later on in the evening. Full Breakfast and great morning coffee was provided; hot and filling for our day to day activities. All in all.....a perfect stay, with perfect hosts and would not hesitiate to recommend.
