A lovely night away

This was a lovely night away with high quality rooms and very kind polite staff. The rooms was great, location is good too as so much around. Value for money is also good, will definitely be returning in the future

Lovely 30th anniversary

Lovely room, very nice having air con , soaking tub a delight , but next door does very nice food Ashbourne itself has a plethora coffee shops . One thing to bear in mind some of the nicer restaurants don't open till mid week

Little bit of heaven in Ashbourne

We had an amazing stay at The Stables and absolutely loved it. Everything has been done to such a high standard and the whole place is beautiful. The air con was an absolute delight, especially in the warm weather, and the hot tub was amazing! The bed was really comfy too and overall it felt like such a lovely place to relax and switch off.
The only small negative was the bed linen, which unfortunately smelt as though it hadn't fully dried before being put on the bed. It wasn't very pleasant, but we also appreciate that we should have mentioned it at the time and gave the hosts the opportunity to sort it for us. We had our dogs with us and it would have been a little tricky, so we decided not to say anything during our stay.
That aside, we had such a lovely time and were really impressed with the quality and standard of The Stables. It's a beautiful place and we would definitely recommend it. Thank you for a wonderful stay! ❤️

Fabulous stay.

This was our second visit to The Stables & it was excellent. Lovely well appointed room, really helpful & welcoming staff & great evening meal. Fabulous place to stay for visiting the Peak District. Thank you to all your lovely staff.

Great hotel they really thought of everything. The hot tub on the balcony is was perfect and we were lucky to have a gorgeous pink sky in May.
The pub/hotel staff were lovely. Quick little walk down the hill to the little town which has really kept up with the times but still has that old England vibe. Highly recommend
