My 12-Year-Old Son Found a Syringe and Needles Hidden Inside the Mattress ⭐
While lifting the mattress protector, my son discovered one syringe and two needles stuck directly into the mattress. Fortunately, he noticed them before anyone was injured.
I immediately informed the reception. The hotel staff came to our room, saw the syringe and needles, removed them, and acknowledged the situation.
I did not ask for compensation. My only concern was the safety of future guests, especially families with children.
What disappointed me most was how the situation was handled afterward. Instead of feeling that my concerns were taken seriously, I left feeling blamed rather than supported.
Finding sharp objects hidden inside a mattress is something I never expected to experience in a hotel.
I hope the hotel improves its inspection and cleaning procedures to ensure that no guest experiences a similar situation in the future.

Staff 11/10, room 10/10
The room itself is large, bed in a cozy second story space (hence "loft hotel" in their advertising). A ultra-large air-conditioner removes all humidity in minutes. Fast internet. The architecture is interesting and the hotel itself is quiet.
I'm already thinking of an excuse to justify another day here.
Walking directions from Zeleznicove Vauxall are easy. Walk away from Vauxall on Pushkinskaya until the Filharmon is on your right (10 minutes). Turn left for 3 streets (3 minutes). Turn right on Krasnyi Paragod. There is a arch at 9 Krasnaya, turn into the courtyard and walk all the way to the back, up 6 stairs. Then look right andbehold your new accomodations

Terrible place for stay
In bathroom you can find worn out things and strange smells. Terrible place.
