Nice downtown hostel

This hostel is located in the city center, very near to a shopping mall. The room was actually an apartment, with kitchen, living room and bedroom. I was traveling alone, but I got a flat with 3 beds for the price (around 20 euro). The apartment was relatively clean, but there was a lot of dust around curtains and radiators. Wi-Fi was free and working very nice. As far as I could tell, there was no way to heat the room and it was a little bit cold. If the room was dusted and vacuumed appropriately, I would have given this hostel 5 stars. As it is, I give it 4

Absolute Katastrophe! Bloß nicht buchen!

Das einzig Gute an dem Hostel ist seine Lage. Man ist fußläufig in 15 min am Opernhaus und in 20 min am Rathaus. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zahlreich vorhanden. Das Forum Lviv, eine große Shopping-Mall, ist 3 Gehminuten entfernt.
Allen voran ist das äußerst unfreundliche Personal zu erwähnen! Wenn es nur eine einzelne Person gewesen wäre, hätte ich es hier sicher nicht erwähnt, aber es betrifft hier wirklich einen Großteil der Mitarbeiter. Das Verhalten reichte von arrogant, über unkooperativ bis zu absoluter Dreistigkeit.
Das Zimmer war selbst auch ein absoluter Reinfall. Schimmel am Duschvorhang, in den Fliesenfugen und an der Badezimmerdecke. Die Armaturen waren sowohl in der Dusche, als auch am Waschbecken hinüber, sodass man zwischen kochend heiß und eiskalt entscheiden konnte. Dazwischen gab es nichts. Die Toilettenspülung war 2 x defekt. Die Handtücher haben unangenehm gerochen und mussten auch erst erfragt werden. Die Federkern-Matratze war extrem durch gelegen, sodass man in einer tiefen Kuhle lag und Rückenschmerzen bekam.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Küche gebucht, um bei der Verpflegung etwas unabhängiger zu sein. Diese war zwar vorhanden jedoch auf Grund der Ausstattung quasi nicht nutzbar. Es gab lediglich 4 Teller, 4 Tassen, 4 Löffel, 1 Gabel, 2 scharfe Küchenmesser. Keine Töpfe oder andere Behälter, in denen man sich etwas hätte aufwärmen können. War vielleicht auch besser so, da auch die Mikrowelle und der Wasserkocher extrem verkeimt waren. Eine absolute Frechheit, da man für ein Zimmer ohne Küche deutlich weniger gezahlt hätte!
Wenn sich durch meine Bewertung auch nur einen Gast gegen das Hostel Vitan entscheidet, bin ich zufrieden!

Хороший хостел

Жили в 4х местном отдельном номере, чисто, чистая постель, отдельная ванная комната с душем. Есть шкафы, столы и телевизор. Близко от центра. Минус администратор, невежливая была, отказала в расчете наличными с копейками, пояснив, что она не продуктовый магазин)

Tanio i wygodnie

Tani hostel z dobrymi warunkami. Przestronne pokoje z łazienką. Dostępne podstawowe sprzęty, telewizor. Dobra lokalizacja, około 15 minut drogi do opery i centrum. W okolicy galeria handlowa, dużo mniejszych sklepów oraz restauracje i kantory.

Тюрьма, склад, советский офис, но только не отель!

Ужасное обслуживание, неудобная лестница, плохое освещение, запах сырости и стройки, по коридорам разложена старая мебель и строительный инвентарь, на кухне посуда побитая, очень не приятно находится. Заказали два номера на 2 и 3 человека в категории - отель, в итоге хотели впихнуть в 5 местный номер с одним сан узлом. Лифта нет, учитывая что отель расположен на 5 этаже. Нормальной парковки и подъезда к зданию нет. На 5 этаже людям с высоким ростом придется передвигаться на корточках и согнувшись.
