Cosy

A cosy and friendly hotel. Rooms are clean and standard equipped. And for once....WiFi is good over the whole hotel. Affordable and not too far from the zhuliany airport. Of course there is some street notice but it did not bother me. Airco on every room. If I want to criticise than the curtains could be a bit ticker to keep the sunlight out. Overall cosy a bit to kitschy but a good place to stay.

Feel like home hotel

A nice quite family hotel close to the city centre of Kiev. Delicious food and wonderful breakfast buffet. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. I felt like home during my five day's stay here. Highly recommended to finish your stay with few hours in the SPA.

Controversial place

The design (and outlook, and inside) is trying to tell you about the high quality of the service and the stay. In a fact, the things are close to the opposite side: the carpet in the room was torn, the music in the restaurant wasn't matched to "style" of the hotel (and, actually, was close to inappropriate), the breakfast by itself was poor and the quality of food was low.
If you stay the night from Saturday to Sunday - is a wedding night (it seems that a wedding crowd is the main target group of the hotel's marketing) - very "cheerful" guests will come back to their rooms after midnight.

One week layover

Had a one week layover while i was attending bitcoin conference, hotel is good overall, helpful and more than excellent staff, excellent restaurant service, food is on a level. Wifi coverage had issues and mobile network often flipped to Edge in my room, but in colleague's room wifi was working normally.

Просто жесть!!!!

Заселялись в 4 утра, в мой день рождения) внимательные люди обычно хоть цветы оставляют, тут пришлось самим постельное стелить!!!!! Но ужас ждал вечером! Оказалось что в гостинице проводят свадьбы!!!!! Но, почему на сайте это было не указано! Наш номер был сверху- ад, звукоизоляции ноль, при просьбе сделать тише музыку или когда это прекратится- пожимали плечами!!!! Я просила гам переселить в другой номер, ноль реакции! Мы заплатили за 2 ночи 160$ на минуточку! Это киев..а потом узнали что наш номер стоил в 3 раза дешевле! Не рекомендую никому!!! На завтрак если к началу не успел- останется маленький выбор!! Номер был убран плохо- волосы везде черного цвета, короче испортили просто мой день рождения! Не берите!!!!
