Everything was perfect except the food
The only thing I didn't like was the food at the hotel and in the restaurant. Breakfast was very meager, there was not much choice and the same thing was given every day. Against the backdrop of such a spa, of course the food was disappointing. We often ordered food delivered to our room, the borscht was not tasty, neither were the bruschettas, the only thing we liked were dumplings with potatoes, my husband ordered them almost every day))) but we ate outside the hotel and did not have breakfast there in the following days.

Maybe just an option to stay for people who want to visit SPA. Otherwise, not worth coming for this money.

Consider Another Hotel
Cons: First of all the hotel is going through major renovations. Therefore the lobby stinks and no one is outside the hotel to help you with your luggage. Then the only elevator is a small service elevator.
Many rooms are painted in an odd funky way. Where some rooms have nice showers, others do not.
Overall: What made me return here is how helpful the staff were when I asked for a PCR test and that my 1st cheaper room had a great bathroom.
The 2nd time I decided to upgrade to a nicer room and was sorely disappointed. You would think the man at the front desk would recognize that I was a returning customer and given me a nice room. I personally do not like receiving rooms made for disabled people.
Then for a hotel that emphasizes their pool and spa, to not have their large pool working, is very disappointing.

Relaxed more than ever after couple of days in this hotel!
Awesome service with lots of different spa rooms, saunas and pools. Wide choice of massages, body and facial treatment procedures. Definitely one of the best spas in Ukraine, 10/10.
