Practical, centrally located hotel

The hotel was very comfortable and is centrally located. A bit dated, but big rooms. The en-suite had a bath with a shower above it rather than a separate shower. Functional. Very comprehensive breakfast. Currently much used by humanitarians. Excellent value for money.

Avoid it!

Incredibly dirty, disorganized, understaffed hotel. Avoid it at any cost!. Absent management, lie-prone personnel, customer-care at the minimun standards. There are many better options in Dnipro, and in the same area...

Very nice hotel in the center of the city.

This hotel is nice and clean. The staff is very welcoming and are pleasant. The rooms are large and well appointed. The hotel is very well located near the SOHO center. The restaurant has a good breakfast and the bar is open around the clock.

Clean and tidy

I've stayed in a number of Reikartz hotels and this is a good one.
The room was large, very clean and comfortable.
The breakfast is good but not brilliant.
The staff are very helpful and friendly.
The location is excellent too.

Beautiful Hotel, Excellent service

This was my first time in Dnypro, but this hotel left a very positive impression. The room was well furnished and very comfortable. I was very impressed with the size of the bathroom--far larger than I expect in a hotel. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The breakfast buffet was small, but the food was good.
