Smooth and ok.

We stayed 3 nights after just arriving in Uganda. And before we went on a self-drive safari in the national parks. The hotel is pretty nice. Missing some maintenance. Breakfast was ok because we could get the omelet. We missed some cheese and better bread. Pool area is ok.

Entebbe

Well-located hotel, close to the airport and some tourist sites. Decent facilities and lovely staff. Good buffet breakfast and dinner with Indian food tasting. Excellent terrace.

Well located functional hotel with some weaknesses in the finishing

It is a good quality hotel but with some weaknesses. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The roof top restaurant is very enjoyable and the chef can make excellent food, including Indian cuisine. Though very friendly, the staff seem profoundly untrained. They forget to bring some of the dishes that go together with the food that you ordered, until you call for them. They will bring the drink bottles but forget the glasses until you ask for them etc. The rooms at the front face the main road Kampala-Entebbe airport so if you want a quieter space, ask for those at the back. The rooms at the southside however (other side from the swimming pool, are next to a fuel station and a yard with people working, sometimes after dark. The rooms themselves are good enough, with fridge, kettle and airco, but decorated in what feel like outdated shades of brown.
