The Hotel des phontomes

This hotel deserves no 4 stars.it would not even be worth 2.
The rooms are in a catastrophic condition: worn and wet mattresses, cleanliness more than doubtful,! Result: horrible smell in the hallways. Because of the internal pecine that is in the middle of the rooms you health a smell of serious moisture.
Cleaning service is catastrophic. There's no soap or shopping or shower gel or towels. He cleans the rooms at 1:00.
The staff are completely indifferent and unresponsive.
A nursery rhyme instead of a restaurant. The food is bad. Poor education about the restaurant service.
In conclusion. It has nothing to do with mm not 5% photos. It's the wrong choice.

4* hotel with a Canteen instead of a restaurant

Hi guys!
Even if im still here in this *Hotel* im doing the review ...
so we start with the rooms that are not bad, but no kettle or coffee in the room, no hair dryer,
The food is good, nothing to say on that side. On the other hand... the human chain (or should I say the infinite chain) in front of the buffet is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel.
I’ve never seen a buffet with a queue like this. You spend more time waiting than eating. Frankly, it is a shame for an establishment of this standing.

Horrible.

The infrastructure is ok, apart from that nothing notable. It looks like a retirement home. The clientele is exclusively Algerian, grandfathers in qamis and grandmothers in hijab. The food rationed and always the same.Half board drinks water and soda are extra. The staff is absent and activities non-existent.To watch TV with Arabic programs, except TV5 and France 24 you have to pay a deposit to have the remote control. Those who want to spend an active holiday, look elsewhere

More nursery and retirement home than holiday hotel

I strongly advise against this hotel if you are a young single (18-35 years old).
Mood is non-existent: at the pool no music, only couples with children screaming, jumping in the water without supervision... it feels like a nursery. I even asked to put on some music to cover the screams, but I was told that the director had forbidden it.
Reception closes at midnight, which is very demanding. The rooms are old and very degraded, the food is repetitive and without variety.
In short, this hotel is more like a family retirement home than a vacation spot. Must not be missed if you are looking for a young and friendly Mood
