Please inform Phuket La Siesta of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of THB 2000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please, note that in case of online payment via credit card, the name of the card holder must be the same as the guest making the reservation and the credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in. If the credit card doesn't belong to the guest, an authorization letter from the card holder will be required. Please be informed that the credit card will be verified by the property upon check-in by charging THB 1 and will be refunded back to the card on the same day. A refundable damage deposit of 2,000 THB for each room and 5,000 THB for the Villa will be collected at check-in. If baht is not available, we accept dollars or euros.
