Nice and convenience

The location is in the city center.
It's near Phumin Temple and the walking street.
Hotel condition is quite new with modern Northern style decoration.
Deluxe King Room is large, clean and comfortable.
Breakfast is tasty. There are continental breakfast and Thai breakfast. Dining room is quite tight.
Love this place, convenience for everyone.

Perfect location but otherwise underwhelming

This hotel is an excellent choice if only because it is located directly opposite Wat Phumin and within walking distance of most of the key tourist sights in Nan. Even better, it is located right next door to an Amazon Cafe with excellent coffee and a very pleasant outdoor seating area. At 1,800 Baht/night for a deluxe room, the hotel is relatively expensive compared to similar accommodation further away from the centre of town or in neighbouring provinces.
The hotel had convenient parking and the rooms are clean. The manager and staff very friendly and helpful. As for breakfast, however, I cannot understand the positive reviews as the cooked food was all cold both days we visited and was not at all enticing. It would be better to serve the rice congee in a rice cooker to keep it warm and to cook eggs etc on demand.
My other minor complaint relates to the design and layout of our room (# 203). There was no double lock on the door. There was only one bedside table with a standard lamp, which is not very helpful for a couple. Also, the shower while warm enough was not terribly strong. In addition, there were only two electric outlets in our room located on the floor each side of the bed, so we had to plug the kettle in on the floor, rather than on a table. These are all relatively minor gripes which could be easily fixed if the manager so wishes.

Terrific location

The hotel is quite new, very clean and modern looked, the location is amazing with short walking distance to all major attractions in Nan town.
The bed, pillows, duvet are all very comfortable.
All amentites are good quality, soap smell so very nice.
Breakfast was amazing, yummy and lots of choices.
I really recommend this hotel.

Excellent location, nicely designed room, delicious breakfast

Location is close to the famous Wat Phumin. The hotel is fairly new, with the rooms designed well. Wooden floors in the rooms. Clean. Check in was very quick, and the staff were very friendly. While the breakfast buffet didn't have many items with more than enough choices. Everything was delicious, and cooked personally by the owner. Highly recommended!

Excellent hotel in a great location.

This is a beautiful hotel located in the lovely town of Nan. It is very close to the sublime Wat Phumin and other city attractions. I had a Deluxe King Room which was big, tastefully decorated and thoughtfully appointed. The breakfast included both Western and Northern Thai dishes. I found the Manager helpful and eager to please his guests. In summary, a family run hotel with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
