Loud, inflexible, smile means NO at reception

So first of all , don't be fooled by the photos, the fact is there is no swimming pool. When I brought it up, they said they can't delete the pictures because it's from guests ! Fact - that's not right, because if I'm the owner, I can insist that something like this be deleted, as I'm angering guests with it and in the worst case, have further damage from guests falling away and end up losing more money than winning !
The hostel itself suffers from a lot of mold in the rooms that are poorly painted ! Otherwise you try to keep it clean (in the rooms) , you just do the most necessary !
The seat cushions and pads on the first floor are heavily soiled and it is unpleasant to use them, as you don't want to mess things up.
The beds are slack , on request to change the bed , for said reason, I was forbidden as I had booked this bed, in a 6 bed dorm it should probably be possible to occupy another bed if it is empty, which it was after my request another two days — empty. Fact — a change is not accepted
Breakfast is sometimes like that, sometimes there are mangoes for breakfast and sometimes there are toasts and oats as well as instant cafe . The cloth on which the breakfast is built is often very dirty and sticky from jam, and is also folded so dirty again to use the next day ( 1,5 weeks already )
It's extremely loud as guests and staff are of the opinion to have to make loud phone calls about FaceTime or watching movies aloud, already in the morning at breakfast. To which please keep it down out of respect - misrepresentation.
During conversations with other guests, it turned out that they were also negatively touched rather than satisfied, mainly because of the fake pictures ! The thought race which looks really cozy here with the seat cushions and the artificial grass—misrepresentation instead concrete sit with cracks, and empty cigarette boxes on the floor, therefore not inviting!
So a night goes but for longer the hostel is more than unsuitable . And those who are pre-burdened with asthma or against mold will be really hard not to book here even for one night !
Service of reception is very inflexible, arrogantly pretentious and smile then still friendly. Cleaning women are very friendly and helpful at least in their scope.
Wifi goes semi well but not in the room
For 4 days there has been no toilet paper on two toilets on the request to insert at the reception , which — to date no reaction !!!

The pillow is too soft, and the window curtain does not block sunlight, so you will be woken up by the bright morning sun. Furthermore, there is no auto-lock locker system using a card, and the worst part is that no lock pack is provided. Moreover, this was not mentioned on their booking page, so guests are not informed in advance and need to prepare their own.

It's a budget hotel. The rooms are a bit small but it's comfortable. It was a good stay.

Really disappointed.
Servants are very, very, very bad, where I just asked for plastic in the anger and thought to steal, even if the stuff just didn't get in the room at 2 o'clock, the receptionist would put it there if it was missing.
