The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We forgot some important documents in the safe at our previous hotel, which is a 10-hour drive away, and the staff called for us and sorted everything out in Thai. This was a huge help and we are very grateful for the hotel's fantastic support. We would recommend Tree Tara Hotel to anyone.

Very basic, good enough for 1 night

What to say about our experience in this hotel. Difficult when the overall rating is 4.7/5
We think that everything is about expectation and perception of things, especially in this hotel.
You only pay approx €25 for the room, for 2 persons
The pictures on website and other social media platforms do not reflect the current situation.
There is total lack on maintenance and efforts to keep the hotel up to standards.
It has a lot of potential, as it was probably at the beginning/opening of the hotel.
It gives indeed the impression of a modern prison. Everything is basic.
In the room there was a smell of mold. We could have complained about it but as it was only for 1 night, we just stayed.
TV has no English speaking channels, only Thai.
One night table was missing!
The breakfast is outside in the garden and quite pleasant, but only Asian food.
99% of the guests were Thai.
When booking this hotel, just don't expect much and don't refer to the pictures.

Very clean place excellent and very helpful stuff, and you must try the restaurant with delicious food and good vine. And listen to live music every evening. A fantastic place
