A place to prepare for hiking

The hotel is clean, tidy and a bit dated. The staff are all very friendly with a good grasp of English. The rooms are spacious. They have intermittent WiFi. The vegetables cooked in coconut sauce is delicious - if you have dinner in the restaurant.

Amazing rooms, lovely food and cheerful staff

This hotel is in Kiusa Street middle of the city and didn't know what to expect. However my 2-day stay here - extended to 3 days was an amazing experience.
First, the reception staff were extremely helpful and served with a cheerful attitude, you can easily see that they like working here. Particularly, Edna shone and did her work as if this place was her own business!
The rooms are large, clean and everything working to the highest level just like any other good hotel in the West European city! The bed was large, there is a reading table, a comfortable chair, large wardrobe, TV, the toilet is large and clean and the shower amazing, with hot water and two different shower heads (fixed and portable).
The restaurant served delcious local foods and I enjoyed every meal I had here. A tip for ordering food here is to ask them what specials they have. One evening when I just wanted a light food and not anything on the menu, I asked the waiter and she suggested a 'supu' and 'chapati' - see photo! This was an amazing dish all and a very affordable price. The chef and waiters seem to love their job and everything else works well!
The WiFi was great, it was free and fast and accessible from all rooms, corridors, restaurant and the bar!
In the evening I went up in the bar area and could see the whole town of Moshi from here, including mount Kilimanjaro - see photos.
The only downside of staying here is that they do not have a garden to sit out - as it is in the city centre.
Overall, although this hotel is in the city centre, the inside is quiet, clean, secure and comfortable. It is easy to get to and the staff are extremely helpful. I enjoyed my stay here and I will come again whenever I visit Moshi.

Breakfast buffet flop

We were told that breakfast starts at 7am to 10.3am, we came at 9.30am and found an empty table, 2 beef samosas, 1 piece of a cut out chapati, one empty serving dish, a few cot out fruits, slices of bread and Omlet.
After paying 100,000/- for a night I expected a better breakfast spread. Maybe sausages, baked beans, mashroons, butter and jam.
