Exceptional hotel with 5 * hospitality!

We have just had the best skiing holiday at this hotel with Crystal Ski. The staff were incredible, from picking us up at the busterminal late at night and welcoming us in the restaurant with warm soup and a platter of meat, cheese and breads. The room was amazing with mountain views and a balcony. Beds were very comfy, with luxurious bedding. We felt truly spoilt! The 5 course meals were excellent, chef very accomodating if needing to swap a main course. Waiting staff were warm, friendly, kind, professional, the best service we have ever experienced in a ski resort. The wellbeing area is superb, we booked 3 times for private use. Bathroom facilities, lovely bath and very powerful shower. Ski room provided free opposite gondola which was exellent bonus! Can not fault anything, we were really sad to leave and would love to return, possibly in the Summer next time! Thankyou for your exceptional hospitality, we would highly recommend!

Great experience

Really everything was perfect, the welcome was warm, the rooms are large and very well furnished, the breakfasts very well provided, the evening meal excellent and above all everything is perfectly clean. We're going back next year.

Excellent hotel

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and will come back. We will especially remember a great reception by the owners, they are dedicated to their customers and it becomes very rare that it should be emphasized. Warm and really very nice will be what we will remember. The breakfast is super complete and very good, as is the restaurant. The rooms and the whole hotel are very clean. Bravo to them for putting customers before profit. Thank you bcp and we will be back.

Very nice family run hotel

Very nice family hotel, good location, less than 5 minutes walk from the parking lot. We had a very nice big room under the roof with balcony and mountain views. Very good breakfast, all fresh and local. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to test the SPA area, but we will definitely come back.
