Beautiful location

Very clean Swiss style unit, large balcony, full kitchen, nice tv, Great view! It is accessible by train but be prepared to walk stairs. Might have been easier if we had car but we did everything we hoped for by train. 45 min mountain train to Montreux where many other locations are easily accessible. Vevey for the Charlie Chaplin Home/exhibit. Freddie Mercury studio/exhibit, Chillon Castle in Montreux. Lausanne a beautiful city with the excellent Olympic Museum . Of Zermatt with the Matterhorn. We had an excellent time at this time share. Little bit hard to find but well worth the effort

Pass your way

We are a family of 3 and we stayed at this hotel for 3 days. We are very disappointed. Few positives: a nice view, a good location near the ski slopes and a reserved parking space inside. But despite that, the room was very uncomfortable to say the least.First of all, one glaring thing, the cleaning was botched. The equipment is old, damaged and repaired with the means of the ship (scocht). The dishwasher and oven don't work. The dishes are dirty. The sink is clogged. Hot water is insufficient for 3 people. Wi-Fi and TV were simply unplugged...
Moreover, the room was poorly soundproofed. Finally, promised services such as repairs or plumbers are not honoured. Finally, the sofa bed was very solid not to say hard as stone. Check out has not also been done.
So this really disappointed us.

Recent stay

This was not a resort but a residence with the management team being a long distance away from the actual location. The communication for check in and check out was abysmal. And it was very expensive, not worth the price.

Terrible place. Not a resort.

This place is NOT a resort at all. They do not even have a reception on-site. The site is abandoned and everything in the apartment was super outdated.
The bathroom tub is so high that it is very difficult for senior citizens to even get into it.
There are no facilities on-site and they are charging resort fees for I don't understand what.
Only thing that was good was the view in Leysin.
We had a pathetic time here.This resort is being advertised as a RCI Gold Crown Resort. I travel a lot and have stayed in many Gold Crown Resorts. This place is the furthest you can get from a Gold Crown Resort.

Nice view. Good situation for skiers. A track arrives at ±250m from the buildings. Otherwise the facilities are at 450m. Or the free bus at 50m. The apartment is old-fashioned, but has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The bedding is good.
