High expectations?
The welcome was cold and unprofessional from the beginning. We called before arriving, around 1:30 p.m., and at no time was it told that the kitchen would close at 2:00 p.m., nor that the tasting menu would no longer be available at that time, although that was precisely the main reason for our visit. Once there, however, we were under unnecessary pressure to order quickly. It would have been enough to tell us on the phone about the imminent closure of the kitchen so that we could organize or simply choose another establishment. Or, more simply, tell us no directly on the phone.
The service was poorly cared for: noisy room with guests screaming without any intervention from the staff, glasses never filled during the meal and almost no attention to the customer. Knowing that there were only six people in the room, we expected a much more pleasant and attentive service. The overall atmosphere was more like a disorganized trattoria than a Michelin-starred restaurant. The noise was such that it was difficult to even hear my companion sitting in front of me.
The kitchen was also a great disappointment. The seafood linguine, with clams and knives, was far too cooked and full of sand. Moreover, the dish was very heavy, dominated almost entirely by the taste of cream, which completely covered the seafood.
Another dish made with stuffed mushrooms was monotonous and unbalanced, tasted almost exclusively of cream and juice.
The only nice dish was the salad with the egg on it, simple but well made. Given the price level and reputation of the restaurant, the disappointment was even greater.
I ate in starless restaurants where the cuisine and service were much better.
For the rest, an experience that is absolutely no match for a Michelin-starred restaurant or the price paid. Too bad, because we had high expectations.

Excellent hotel in all simplicity.
The room was nice with exposed woodwork, the bed very comfortable.
The staff is attentive and very professional. Thank you to them for doing everything to get my shorts that had flown from my window and got stuck on the pergola;-)
