Great stay

One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. Features incredible value, cleanliness and customer service. I am a lifetime Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite member and this place is better than most luxury Marriott brands and a much much much better value. Recommend 1000%

The Dock Hotel is not a hotel I can recommend. : (

Our confirmed lunch booking was cancelled only 3 days before. Jenny handled the situation in a good way though, so hats of to her for that! : ) Then we were charged for items from the minibar twice and personel in the hotel reception lay the blame upon us and failed to email a requested confirmation of a cancellation of their additional payment for what was already payed at checkout. Really terrible service!

For better or worse

Very clean hotel, good breakfast and nice staff at the reception and restaurant breakfast.
Negative was to be greeted by snus on the floor of the room not so nice by the bed.
When we went to the spa, the girl in the entrance acted like we had slipped in there and not at all welcoming with lots of questions.
When it's been 2 days so I get an invoice backlog with the claim that I emptied the minibar and they tried to charge me 646kr that took me unnecessarily long to handle which worsens the experience as a whole!

Friendly and professional service at check-in. Nice and clean room, incredibly lovely spa/pool/sauna
Excellent food and service. Good breakfast!

Ev was the music not completely "spa-ig" and the volume was quite loud but it was the only thing I had to complain about

Nice and cozy with a great view of Maren.
Good food with suggestions for drinks that.
The little extra breakfast compared to regular hotels.
