Family friendly hotel

Stayed here with my kids and everything was great! Great pool with fresh dressing room and sauna. Good dinner and breakfast. Great play area for the kids so they could run around without being away while waiting for food. We had dinner at the hotel and it was good for everyone. Good kids menu.
Could also stay here without children as it is nice, good and affordable.

I unfortunately had a very bad experience at the reception at Scandic. The guy who worked there was extremely unpleasant and very unwilling to help. The reception felt unprofessional and made the stay significantly worse than it needed to be. I expect significantly better service and treatment from the staff at a hotel like Scandic. We had a question about the ping pong table and then we immediately heard "you can forget about that" in a very unpleasant tone. I really hope these are just a one-time thing.

Bath drawer...

Booked time in the pool, should be only 2 others who had booked. Coming down, the pool full of families with children who hurt wildlife. The pool is small... not room for 15 as it is possible to book. We just had to turn around. No control of this from the hotel. Was no bathing. Maybe pick another hotel next time.

Very basic Scandic

The room itself in Scandic Skellefteå was very basic, but unluckily the air ventilation of the bathroom was out of use or broken. The air was damp and towels were wet all the time.
On Sunday evening the restaurant was closed.

Not the best Scandic can do

This Scandic hotel needs review in every aspect, especially the breakfast does not stand in line with other Scandic hotels.
