Comfy beds, clean and nicely decorated

This place is very nice and clean. Even though there's about 10 rooms with shared bathrooms, we only once had to wait for one to be free. The bathrooms are very clean and nicely decorated.
There's a little entrance hall with a couch, TV and fireplace - all very homely.
Our room had two very comfy single beds and TV.
Breakfast was very tasty with a good variety to choose from.
Skellefteå center is at walking distance, about 1 km.

So nice in a rainy evening sit next to the open fire to worm up before you go back into the large size room.

The place is very clean and very well maintained. The interior design is pretty nice. There are no toilets or showers in the room. The beds are pretty comfortable. There is coffee and cookies 24/7.

Recommended choice

Bright, vibrant and clean accommodation - both communal areas and rooms. Plenty of toilets and showers, so sharing facilities doesn't cause a problem, although mirror/wash-basin's in rooms would have been a good idea.
Carina, the owner is incredibly friendly, even putting together breakfast platters in advance for when otherwise out of breakfast times.
Well located for seeing the river, old kryke, and the Bonnstan (absolutely must visit), but be aware that it's good 15-20 mins walk into town...might not sound much, but in blizzard conditions, it feels a whole lot longer!
