Excellent service from front desk staff. Wonderful location very near many places including 10 minute walk to the harbor. Very good breakfast too. Highly recommend this gem!

Sad experience!

We have stayed many times at the hotel for several years and found the location, food, staff and rooms very good but unfortunately we have noticed that everything does not work so well anymore! On our last visits this year, the placement of the food does not work when you stand on each other and it is very messy. There was never enough food and it was over pretty quickly. There was no clean porcelain, but you had to give up food or drink. It is also poorly cleaned on the benches, bottom & floor where the food is served and at all seating. Sad that it has turned out so bad and we will probably see another alternative to accommodation next time.

Horrible dinner

Horrible from arrival to when we left. Dinner and breakfast were a total disaster and that dung shouldn't get served.

Good location. Poor supper and too few staff. Good room

We got semi-finished meatballs for dinner, disaster. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast good but everything ended.

Completely satisfied

We had an overnight stay here before our crossing to Visby and would gladly return. We particularly enjoyed the included dinner.
