Sleep well in Jensen beds

Scandic Luleå consists of two different types of hotels: the old, oldfashioned one and the modern one. The difference is remarkable. Choose the new building.
The room was large and silent, and the air was fresh. The Jensen motor beds must be mentioned: a guarantee for a good sleep.

Nice.

Scandic is Scandic, mao perfectly okay for a family at a reasonable price. No, the breakfast is not the best, but quite okay. The rooms with poor ventilation are something to improve, as is the pool where a lot of toddlers bathe. It requires proper maintenance, I myself forbid the children to bathe in it when I witnessed several toddlers jump in without a bathing diaper. It is also something the staff can deal with. Otherwise, the concept is good and there is a lot to do for the kids. Connecting the phone to the TV is worth innumerable when you can stream what you want.

Disengaged staff

Disengaged staff, dirty, dishes, rubbish and popcorn everywhere even though you could see that staff were idle. Indicates poor leadership. You can do so much better - the product itself is basically good.

A little bad stay

I would not recommend this hotel in the middle of the holidays.
The pool was terribly dirty! And breakfast was not optimal, as they were empty of bread and couldn't get away that there were most people between 9-10. In addition we got one room without air conditioning and cleanliness in the room was not superb exactly.

We stayed at Scandic Luleå for only one night, but had an excellent experience. The hotel has a fantastic family area with three separate rooms: a cinema room, a games room with billiards and table tennis, and a playroom for younger children.
Our family room was a little small, but it had a double bed and bunk beds and was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, the staff were extremely friendly, and parking with EV charging was available right next to the hotel. A great and very family-friendly stay.
